“EURALIUS in collaboration with the School of Magistrates organized on 4th March 2019 a seminar with members of both HJC and HPC.

The topic of the seminar was the drafting of sublegal acts, and was led by Albanian field experts, whereas EURALIUS Team Leader Dr Agnes Bernhard highlighted the principles deriving from EU legislation. At the end of the seminar, the two drafts of the by-laws that are currently in the HJC agenda were discussed”.
