On 14 and 15 May 2020 EURALIUS in collaboration with IRZ and the School of Magistrates organized two webinars with Authors and the Scientific Board on the E-Commentary.
The E-Commentary is an electronic platform assisting in collecting, managing and disseminating of comments to Albanian laws, introduced and developed in-house by EURALIUS IV and handed over to the School of Magistrates.
On 14 May 2020, the webinar consisted of introducing new authors that are working on commenting Criminal Procedure Code with European commenting methods and the methodology of the E-Commentary. While on 15 May 2020, the webinar was focused on lessons learned from Scientific Board and Authors who commented Status Law and some articles from Criminal Procedure Code. Both webinars were attended by representatives of the Italian Project AICS/CSM that together with the IRZ are supporting the School of Magistrates to provide comments for the Status Law and several articles of the Criminal Procedure Code.
