EURALIUS in cooperation with the Dutch Study Centre for the Judiciary (SSR) and the SoM organized a two days training of trainers on implementation of the newly adopted initial training curricula.
The training was attended by both full-time and part-time trainers engaged in the initial training curricula.
EURALIUS presented the main novelties of the newly adopted curricula. EURALIUS and SSR experts provided guidance on how to understand the newly adopted competences of the magistrates, how to integrate in the curricula core values for the judiciary: impartiality, independence, integrity, autonomy, expertise. Furthermore, participants discussed on intervening techniques, questioning techniques, meta-communication and ways of listening (communication and transparency).
