Training on "Atypical Evidence"

On 15 January 2019, EURALIUS V in collaboration with PAMECA V and the School of Magistrates (SoM) organized a training on atypical evidence.

The training commenced with an overview on the atypical evidence, presented by the SoM Expert and it was followed by

the EURALIUS International Experts’ presentations on:

‘Atypical evidence from the ECtHR perspective’ and ‘Atypical evidence in Dutch jurisprudence’. In addition, PAMECA Short Term Experts delivered presentations on: ‘The Albanian Experience. Issues under previous legal framework, novelties and solutions’ and ‘Atypical evidence in Italian jurisprudence’.

Training took place in Tirana and was attended by 30 magistrates who actively attended discussions and showed interest for the topic."
